It’s Showtime!

It’s that time of year again—It’s Showtime!

So to help you have more fun and be better prepared for competing, I’m sharing this link with you from Olympic dressage coach Jane Savoie.

She has made some fun training audios for you.

The audios contain both sports psychology tips as well as tips for training and schooling. (You’ll find them helpful even if you don’t compete!)

You will have to opt-in with your name and e-mail address but otherwise they are complementary.

In the first audio,  Jane talks about and gives do-able strategies for the preparation before going to the show, on show day, the show itself and then post-competition.
